He represents clients in divorce proceedings and associated matters such as the division of marital property, child custody and alimony. As such he is adept at the drafting of divorce, separation and cohabitation agreements.
In relation to wills and succession he is well versed in the procedural intricacies surrounding the administration of the estates of deceased persons. Such administration applications are often tangled affairs because of the multitude of supporting documentation that has to be put before the Court. This information must come from different governmental authorities and departments and this can prove to be a time consuming and difficult affair for the family of the deceased. Christos handles these administration applications from beginning to end so that the administration accounts can be closed as soon as possible. Furthermore, he is often trusted by clients to act as the administrator of the estate on their behalf.
Christos appears before both the District and Supreme Courts on an almost daily basis.
