Evie joined our firm in 2023 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department. Her main areas of practice include Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Banking and Finance.

Evie has invaluable experience in local and cross-border mergers, asset and share acquisitions, reorganizations and restructuring of private companies and large-scale due diligence exercises. She acts as legal counsel to private and public companies, providing advice and assistance on a variety of matters relating to the daily operations of large public and private organisations, including employment, intellectual property, insolvency, corporate and commercial law matters. Evie works closely with partners of the firm in corporate financing transactions and in projects for the provision of regulatory advice and regulatory compliance.

Evie is very diligent in her field and is results-driven. Her prior experience in both small and large firms has enriched her legal experience and her understanding of clients’ needs and has equipped her with skills to tailor her approach based on the specific requirements of each client.
