Savvas Yiordamlis is a Director and has been a member of firm's practice since 2011. Savvas is part of the firm's litigation department and his main areas of focus are Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Insurance, Litigation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Transport.

Savvas is an active litigator, litigating a wide range of contentious matters with his practice focusing heavily on banking litigation. Amongst his clientele are some of the largest banking institutions in Cyprus, such as the Bank of Cyprus and Eurobank.

He is also highly versed in complex, high - value international corporate disputes which have a significant cross - border element and which are fought out in multi-jurisdictional proceedings. Savvas has considerable experience in securing interim relief such as worldwide freezing orders, asset tracing and discovery orders and in serving proceedings out of the jurisdiction.

In relation to non - contentious work, Savvas advises some of the largest audit firms in Cyprus, such as KPMG and Grant Thornton as well as Hermes Airports, the concessionary which operates the Larnaca and Paphos international airports.

When not in Court, he advises his clients on the full spectrum of legal issues which arise in the daily running of their businesses, including but not limited to, corporate financial transactions. He is thus a proficient draftsman of corporate financial and administrative instruments.

Savvas appears before both the District and Supreme Courts on an almost daily basis.
