Zoe has extensive experience in the drafting and implementation of complex, high-value acquisitions, asset disposals, cross border mergers and re-domiciliations having worked on international projects that span the European subcontinent and beyond. Her project portfolio is made up of a wide array of business fields including banking industry, transport and real estate.
She is adept at both creating and reviewing the contractual mechanics that such projects rely on to come into fruition and to continue to operate effectively. She is knowledgeable not only in relation to inter-party contractual documentation, such as account and share pledge agreements and corporate and personal guarantees, but also in relation to the supporting documentation of the project nexus such as loan agreements, securities documentation including debentures, insurance assignments and revenue assignments. Her clients call upon her to provide continuing general, operational and transactional advice long after the deal has been concluded.
For Zoe, clients' time is always of the essence. Her depth of knowledge and experience not only affords her the ability to effectively head teams conducting large scale due-diligence but also enables the team to arrive at an accurate appraisal quickly.
She also has considerable experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law having worked with clients such as the University of Cyprus which is, by its very nature as an educational institution, one of the largest creators of protectable content in Cyprus.
Zoe's prior employment as a manager in the legal department of one of the Big 4 accountancy firms has afforded her a broader take on the financial intricacies of the projects she works on.
